2. All participants of the RiskPRO Trial have access
to ALL data. Do NOT enter any REAL or SENSITIVE data. Others will
see the data you enter and you will see their data.
3. The username and password issued to you will be valid for a
limited time.
4. Participants shall not distribute or in any way share the
username and password issued by Occusoft Corporation.
5. Occusoft Corporation is not responsible for any data
associated with the use of RiskPRO "Use it Now".
6. Occusoft will periodically purge the data without notice to
participants.
7. Occusoft will be monitoring activity
daily.
8. Participants are responsible for
obtaining access to the Internet.
