People are typically surprised the first
time they find out what we mean by SERVICE. Client
needs are always our first priority. We'll drop other things
we're working on if that's what it takes to take care of a
client. Nothing stands in the way.
We encourage you to share your ideas and
suggestions. If you have a question, problem, or request -
call us. We want RiskPRO to make your job easier. Frequently,
we can fulfill your request with a special interim update just
for you. You don't always have to wait until the next update.
Sometimes, we can send the change you want on the same day you
make the request. Would that surprise you?
Our Software Support Program (SSP)
entitles you to unlimited telephone support. That's right -
unlimited. If we're doing our job right, you shouldn't spend
all your time on the phone and we shouldn't have to limit your
calls. So we don't.
We DO NOT charge extra for software
upgrades and updates. They are included with the SSP and we
typically have 2-5 updates each year. It doesn't help you if
you don't have new enhancements while waiting for the next
update. We provide them more frequently so you can begin
enjoying them sooner and even better, the updates are
available to our clients via the internet. |
